Iggy and the Stooges at Suikerrock
The large photos were taken with a disposable camera I could afford to have confiscated should the event security have been in the mood for it. The smaller pictures came from a lower end camera phone. When I think about my former iPhone now, I’m tempted to wish I still had it, since phones are not confiscated at such non-camera events. Considering the energy of the subject I was photographing and the stillness and patience required for snapping focused shots with an iPhone, I might have missed a lot of the live action taking enough photos for usable ones that weren’t too blurry. The disposable camera worked well enough for close shots that are mine to copyright.
